Cindy Archer

Board-Certified Micropigmentation Artist & International Trainer

With over 34 years in the beauty industry and 27 years as an entrepreneur, Cindy Archer has grown Permanently Beautiful from a single cosmetic tattooing service into a full-spectrum beauty and wellness destination.

After earning her Business Administration and Marketing degree from the University of Montana in 1992, Cindy combined her passion for aesthetics with her business acumen to create a results-driven practice rooted in care, skill, and innovation.

Lisa Hathaway, PA

Lisa Hathaway, a board-certified Physician Associate and Registered Dietitian, has over 8 years of healthcare experience including: nutrition, neurology, home health, aesthetic medicine, occupational health, and community medicine. She has a passion for serving at-risk populations, patient education, thorough physical exam, and bringing laughter into medicine.

Working in medical aesthetics allows Lisa to empower her patients in a very tangible way. “Every patient’s anatomy and goals are so different. There’s no algorithm; you can’t be cookie-cutter. It requires a lot of thought and a lot of love.”

When not injecting or peeling faces, she is providing medical care to the unhoused residents of Missoula. And if she’s not busy working, she is hanging out with her husband, soon-to-be 2 children, 2 cats, and dog. She enjoys reading, cross-stitching, and hiking and paddle boarding in the summer.

Lisa completed her undergraduate studies in Dietetics and Spanish at Indiana State University in 2016, graduating Summa Cum Laude in both degrees. After working as a RD for 2 years, she started PA school at Touro University Nevada. She was voted as Vice President of the PA Student Body and given the Humanitarian Award by the Touro faculty upon graduation. She graduated with Honors from Touro University Nevada in 2020, earning her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies.

Jenn Keintz

Cryo and RF/EMS Specialist

Hi there! I’m Jenn Keintz. I’m an English, journalism, and business teacher originally from Washington state and currently living in Missoula, MT. I’m passionate about health, positive body image, and helping people with their self-esteem and being happy in their own skin. I have been working in education for almost 30 years. When I’m not working, I enjoy tennis, working out, skiing, perfecting sourdough recipes, and spending time with family and friends. I’m always looking for new opportunities and ways to grow professionally and personally.

Hello! My name is Jennifer Keintz, and I am a high school English, journalism, and business teacher. I have been in my profession for almost 30 years. I am passionate about teaching, health, positive body image and enjoy helping people make their lives better. I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to reach their full potential and I strive to help them do just that. In my free time, I enjoy tennis, gardening, skiing and spending time with my family and friends. I am excited to continue my work in this field and make a difference in people’s lives.
